Ursus
The Ursus are powerful bearfolk bound to protect the dream fragments of Ødger, the Storm Claw, eldest of the primal deities. During Ødger’s immense hibernation, his consciousness fractures into many dream pearls scattered throughout the plane of dreams. Ursus clans guard these pearls with absolute devotion, while their elders and shamans enter deep hibernation to become Dreamguardians who battle nightmares within the dream realm. Guided by a deity who honors courage, fair competition, and strength forged through struggle, the Ursus live by a creed where action defines worth. Through their vigil, the dreams they defend help Ødger protect the mortal realm from ancient threats.
