Oath of the Thunderer | 5E Paladin Subclass
The Oath of the Thunderer calls a Paladin to emulate Ødger the Stormclaw, the Primal Deity of competition, storms, and war. Known as the Thunderer, Ødger the great bear enjoys admiration but demands those who swear his oath acknowledge him with deeds, not words. These Paladins shout his name on the battlefield, never fearing death or evading an honorable challenge.
Paladins who follow the Thunderer’s oath understand the benefits of storms and destruction. Similar to growing stronger by damaging the muscles in intense exercise, the storm spreads destruction, fertilizing the soil and washing away pollutants so new resources may rise in its aftermath.
